• Development and presentation of initial ideas and design concepts including freehand sketches and mood boards
• Technical drawings for construction including design and detailing of bespoke joinery and furniture
• Schedule of works and schedules of items for accurate pricing
• Collaboration with project managers where appropriate for tight control of budget and programme
• Collaboration with other consultants - architects, surveyors and engineers, A-V specialists and lighting technicians
• Site inspections and liaison with contractors for quality control purposes
• Developing schemes for each room to include finishes, furnishings and window coverings
• Sourcing of individual one-off pieces and antiques
• Implementing and overseeing the installation of these items

Fees

We charge an hourly rate for the services that we provide. We are able to present a fee proposal once the scope of the project is determined and the services required have been identified.
