London Town House

Once a group of decaying bedsits, this Victorian house has been transformed into a family home for our clients: international bankers and their children. Our approach was to respect the architecture of the building, ensuring the period features were skillfully restored, while combining modern materials and technology for sophisticated 21st century city living.

The structural changes included extending the ground floor to provide an all in one kitchen dining living space, with a terrace above at first floor level. The second floor was rearranged, moving the staircase to create a generous master bedroom with a separate dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Being wine enthusiasts, our clients requested a subterranean spiral wine cellar which was successfully installed and accessed from the dining area.
